Privacy Policy

Overview
Amazin Cyber ("we," "us," or "our") provides Microsoft 365 security assessment services for businesses. We're based in Houston, Texas, and work with clients remotely, nationwide.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We've written it the same way we write everything else — in plain English, without unnecessary legal jargon.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you fill out our contact form, or reach out by email, phone, or social media, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your situation or the package you're interested in.
Information related to a security assessment engagement. If you engage us for a Security Snapshot or other service, you may grant us temporary, scoped access to parts of your Microsoft 365 environment (for example, read-only or delegated access to review configuration settings) so we can perform the review. We only access what's needed for the agreed scope of work, and any access is discussed and agreed upon before the engagement begins.
Automatically collected information. Our website does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics or server logs to understand site usage and keep the site running reliably.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To prepare proposals, conduct security assessments, and deliver findings reports
- To send confirmations, scheduling details, and service-related communications
- To improve our services and website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
Sharing Your Information
We don't share your information with third parties, except:
- With service providers that help us operate — for example, Supabase for secure data storage, and Resend for sending emails. These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their function and aren't permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- If required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure storage and limiting access to what's necessary. For security assessment engagements, any access to your Microsoft 365 environment is temporary, scoped to the agreed work, and revoked once the engagement is complete.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but protecting your information is something we take seriously, both for our clients and for ourselves.
Data Retention
We retain contact and engagement information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements (such as recordkeeping for invoicing). If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to retain it.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the contact information below.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
